Public cultural building for immigration and ethnic diversity of the United States of America. International Call.
The building becomes a fold of metropolitan scale, to reference its condition in the East River bay and the confluence of the Hudson in Manhattan.
The location is distinguished by the original reference of immigrants from the United States of the beginning of the twentieth century, The Statue of Liberty.
This dock building, one hundred (100 meters) meters high is a great threshold for the city and the country, the simplicity of its form, seeks through transparency, highlight the calm of the mainland and give way to the light and the users as the dynamic, mobile and colorful element.
